EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- El Paso Electric is making improvements to its delivery system and will need a three-night closure of Interstate 10 in Northwest El Paso, the utility said. The closures will be nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. beginning on Tuesday, May 27 and ending on Friday morning, May 30.
