GRAIN VALLEY, Mo. -- Strong winds and a possible spin-up cut a path through Grain Valley Monday night. Those gusts were so powerful they moved - and even threw - RVs around at one dealership like they were nothing more than children's playthings. The National Weather Service out of Pleasant Hill sent crews out on Tuesday to survey the damage.
