Edward Kelly “Eddie” Jones, age 61, of Paris, Kentucky, departed this life on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, with his daughter Kelly by his side.    Eddie was born in Paris on February 11, 1964, the son of the late Franklin Donald Jones and Jimmie Faye Feeback Jones, was a 1982 graduate of Paris High School, the former owner of both Eddie Jones Plumbing, EKJ Trucking, and enjoyed spending time fishing.  …
