The Eden Prairie City Council reordered an improvement project on Dell Road to be carried out in tandem with a new housing development on the Marshall family farm.  Public Works Director Robert Ellis presented the project at the Aug. 18 council meeting, detailing safety improvements and beautification projects to the road.
