Eden Prairie considers ban on new private wells

Eden Prairie introduced a draft ordinance that would regulate private wells during its Tuesday, Aug. 18, City Council workshop. The draft ordinance, presented by Public Works Director Robert Ellis, would prohibit new private wells in the city with some exceptions.
