ECtHR Rules Turkey Violated Rights of Dozens Detained over Alleged Gülen Links - Turkish Minute

The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has issued another controversial ruling regarding the FETÖ trials in Türkiye. In the "Tüzemen and others v. Turkey" case, it ruled that the rights of 117 FETÖ members had been violated. With this ruling, the number of FETÖ members found vindicated by the ECtHR has reached 3,386.
