The Ivorian economic capital now hosts the first national office of the ECOWAS Investment and Development Bank (BIDC), inaugurated on 12 May 2025. By this act, the institution wants to strengthen its impact in the subregion, particularly in Côte d'Ivoire, a West African economic locomotive.
