Easy Switch continues to be the subject of complaints

On July 1, 2017, Easy Switch was officially launched, a procedure designed to allow consumers to change their telecom provider much more easily. More than seven years later, the telecommunications mediation service and we are still receiving numerous complaints, and the expected impact on competition has not materialized either. We are taking stock.
