Eastern Drc: Fdlr Neutralisation Still Waiting Almost 50 Days After the Washington Agreement

Soon 50 days since the signing, on 27 June, of the peace agreement between the DRC and Rwanda in Washington. An agreement that provides for the neutralization of the Forces démocratiques de libération du Rwanda (FDLR), a Hutu rebel group formed at the origin of former Rwandan genocidalists, and the withdrawal of the so-called "defensive" measures from Rwanda, within an initial period of three months. Why "initial"? Because the dates are moving.
