With regard to the labour rights of retail workers on Good Friday, the Labour Directorate explained the related labour legislation, taking into account the background available in labour legislation, especially in the Labour Code and in previous pronouncements of the Labour Directorate itself, with regard to the employment contract and those practices which constitute what are called tacit clauses.
