East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades and Central Oregon under a flash flood watch until Wednesday night
On Tuesday at 1:50 p.m. the National Weather Service released a flash flood watch valid from 2 p.m. until Wednesday 11 p.m. for East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades and Central Oregon.The weather service adds, “Flash flooding and debris flows caused by excessive rainfall are possible over recent burn scars.”
