EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio (WKBN) -- Thursday was a proud day for the East Liverpool Fire Department. Alex Estell was sworn in as the department's newest lieutenant. He joined in 2015 after four years with Liverpool Township. His 4-year-old son, Parker, pinned on the badge with his wife, Nicole, and his daughter, Casey, watching.
