Earthquake in the Apennines, 2.5 earthquake recorded in Sambuca Pistoiese

Pistoia, December 2, 2023 — The earth is shaking. A mild earthquake, magnitude 2.5, was recorded at 07:26 in the Apennines, with an epicenter 3 kilometers east of the town of Sambuca Pistoiese. The INGV reports that the earthquake was recorded at the following geographical coordinates: (lat, lon) 44.1120, 11.0350 at a depth of 64 km.
