Early voting kicks off in special election for Georgia Senate District 21

Early voting started on Monday for the Aug. 26 special election to replace state Senator Brandon Beach (R-Alpharetta), who became President Donald Trump’s US Treasurer on May 28.  The vacancy has drawn a crowded field of six Republican candidates and a lone Democrat in this off-year special election.
