Eagles’ new CB Jakorian Bennett makes his practice debut

Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Jakorian Bennett debuted at NovaCare Complex on Aug. 9, beginning a four-week cram session to compete for a starting spot.
The Eagles acquired Jakorian Bennett from Las Vegas last week to address their hole at second cornerback, sending Thomas Booker to the Raiders in the Aug. 4 trade.
During his debut, Jakorian Bennett worked with the second and third units in drills, and Vic Fangio said, `It will take some time to get acclimated.`
Looking ahead to the starting nod, Jakorian Bennett is expected to compete with Kelee Ringo and Adoree Jackson, calling this a crucial stretch, Fangio said.
Scheduled joint practices against the Cleveland Browns on Aug. 13 and 14 before a preseason game on Aug. 16, and Vic Fangio said, `'Well find out here soon'`.
