- Returning to the UK in August with children Archie and Lilibet enrolled in British schools, Harry is expected to resume engagements this month at the annual WellChild Awards while Meghan focuses on their transition.
- A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess said, "We were a little surprised not to have been told about this in advance," though royal sources countered that Buckingham Palace had informed them before the letter's release.
- Ravec, the Home Office body responsible for royal security, meets today to discuss arrangements for the couple as The King advised that security issues be directed to police authorities and administrative matters handled separately from the Royal Household.
