The Orléans Commercial Court was due to decide on the fate of the French glass company known throughout the world on Wednesday, after analyzing three takeover offers.
Duralex employees still have no response: they will have to wait until July 26 to find out if the courts accept one of the three offers to take over the iconic glass factory.
The decision of the Orléans Commercial Court on the future of the Duralex company was put on Wednesday evening under deliberation on Friday, July 26.
