Dunwoody OKs clearing office site for 122 townhomes

Members of the Dunwoody City Council have cleared the way for a townhouse development to be constructed on Ashwood Parkway and Ashford Dunwoody Road after voting to rezone the properties at an Aug. 24 meeting. Properties at 1200/1240 Ashwood Parkway and 4754 Ashford Dunwoody Road will be transformed from the current five-story office building and associated parking lot into a residential area offering a maximum of 122 townhomes.
