The Dukovany nuclear power plant has undergone a generational change. As the power plant spokeswoman Jana Štefánková informed, the average age of employees has dropped to 42 years and is currently lower than in the later launched Temelín power plant. A woman is also now involved in the management of each of the nuclear units. The first Dukovany secondary circuit operator has been joined by three more in recent months.
