A DUNGANNON man who drove over 100mph on the motorway while under the influence of alcohol has been banned and handed a fine. Appearing before Dungannon Magistrates Court was Darryl Mullan (28), of Kindrum. The court heard that, on March 25, police were carrying out speed checks on the M1 when they observed Mullan driving at 104mph in a BMW car.
