Police seized 50 kilos of cocaine and arrested three suspects after they tried to offload the drugs from a containership using a stolen jet ski.

- The Risk Analysis Unit, comprising Customs Surveillance and Guardia Civil officers, detected a jet ski moving suspiciously near container vessels while cargo operations were underway at the port.
- Upon boarding the ship, the suspects attempted to hide two backpacks containing 50 packages of cocaine each weighing 1 kilo; officers apprehended them before they could escape.
- Authorities took all three suspects into custody while investigators discovered the jet ski had been stolen hours earlier in La Línea de la Concepción.
- The Tax Agency estimated the drugs' street value at more than $1.7 million, reflecting ongoing smuggling attempts through Spanish ports including Valencia and Algeciras.

Drugs were found during a routine customs check, after images obtained using an X-ray scanner indicated a possible irregularity in the cargo compartment.
Customs surveillance has stopped the driver of the truck thanks to the scanner of the Medusa van during the so-called Reventón operation.
