DRIVETIME MAHATMA: No drainage projects planned to address puddle problem at bottom of Cantrell Hill | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

Dear Mahatma: When you drive down Cantrell Hill, past the entrance to Allsopp Park and the Shell station, there is always a puddle of water across the right lane. Most of the year, this is a minor annoyance. In winter, it is sometimes frozen. I cannot tell where the water is coming from. Do you think ARDOT would take a look and see if something can be done?
