Summary by Ground News
National Express bosses have paid tribute to the 235 drivers who worked on day one of the industrial action. The bus giant said that this enabled them to take people on 56,000 journeys. But there was still huge disruption to services across the city and the wider West Midlands. This continues today Tuesday March 21 with the firm only being able to run 19 services. Unite members continue their walk-out over pay.
