Driver who killed Romane (24) on her scooter arrested for manslaughter

The motorist who killed a 24-year-old woman under the influence of alcohol in Ixelles on Friday night and then committed a hit-and-run has been arrested for manslaughter. That's what the investigating judge decided. The thirty-something will appear before the council chamber in Brussels later this week, which will judge his further arrest.
