Driver was intoxicated in crash that left woman dead, police say

A driver was intoxicated last month when he crashed into a car in Gloucester City and seriously injured one of its occupants who later died, investigators announced Thursday.The crash happened shortly after 2 a.m. on Dec. 29 in the area of Crescent Boulevard and Klemm Avenue, investigators said. When police arrived, seven people were taken to the hospital for treatment, according to a statement from the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.
