At approximately 1:31 a.m. on April 18, 2026, emergency crews responded to a traffic collision at West Foothill Boulevard and North Todd Avenue in Azusa. Responding units located an overturned vehicle with the driver trapped inside after a crash that also sheared a fire hydrant, sending water approximately 40 feet into the air.
