ROCK HILL, S.C. – Troopers are investigating a fatal collision that happened on I-77 Friday morning in Rock Hill. It happened around 10:30 a.m. on I-77 North near mile marker 82. This is just north of Rock Hill near Cherry Road and Celanese Road. Troopers said a Jeep Wrangler, towing a utility trailer, was disabled in the middle of the highway and that the driver was outside of the vehicle.
