Donna, Texas – Donna’s Police Department responded on Sunday at around 6:10 a.m. to a vehicle accident at the intersection of FM 493 and Mile 9 in Hidalgo County. Upon arrival, officers discovered a vehicle that had crashed into a wall of cement blocks and an electric pole.
