Update at 4:45 p.m. MATTOON, Ill. (WCIA) -- The driver of the car that hit Odd Fellow-Rebekah Home on Friday has been arrested, Mattoon Police announced. The Mattoon Police Department, in a news release issued Friday afternoon, identified the man as 54-year-old Curtis A. Meadows of Neoga.
