WILLIAMS COUNTY, N.D. – A North Dakota Highway Patrol trooper clocked a driver going 116 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone on County Road 5 near Grenora. The trooper says the driver said they were running late. They were fined $203. This citation gives the driver 15 points against their license and they’re at risk of it being suspended.
