A 44-year-old man has been charged in a Montgomery hit-and-run that killed a teen. Almendarious Owens is charged with felony hit-and-run, false report to law enforcement tampering with physical evidence, Montgomery police announced Friday.

Montgomery police have charged a man in a fatal pedestrian hit and run. Police say at about 2:20AM on Friday, November 21, the were called to the 1200 block of East South Boulevard, which is near Baptist Medical Center South.
