An 89-year-old woman died Sunday after pulling out in front of oncoming traffic on a Perry County highway, police said.Snyder County resident Helen Dressler made an “improper entrance” at about 11:47 a.m. from a Sunoco gas station onto Routes 11/15, near the 1100 block of Susquehanna Trail in Liverpool, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
