DREYER'S GRAND ICE CREAM, INC. ISSUES VOLUNTARY RECALL ON SELECT OUTSHINE FRUIT BARS DUE TO POSSIBLE FOREIGN MATTER CONTAMINATION
No illnesses or injuries have been reported, and consumers are advised to return or discard the affected 6-count fruit bars for a full refund.
On Sunday, August 16, 2026, Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Inc. issued a voluntary recall of select Outshine Fruit Bars due to possible glass contamination.
Affected products include 6-count, 2.5-ounce paddle bars in Strawberry, Watermelon, Grape, Tangerine, and Black Cherry flavors; consumers can identify them by checking batch codes on the package bottom.
These products were distributed to retailers nationwide; however, Dreyer's reported that no illnesses or injuries associated with the contamination have been reported to date.
