On Monday, 11 May, the Congolese and Ugandan Presidents chaired the signing of six memoranda of understanding following the 9th Joint Standing Committee between the two countries. Félix Tshisekedi, present on the spot, attended the inauguration of Yoweri Museveni on Tuesday, 12 May. A presence that illustrates an ever closer link between Kinshasa and Kampala over the past few years.
