Downtown Streetscape engineering contract approved by City Council
COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A preliminary engineering contract for the U.S. 12 Downtown Coldwater Streetscape Project was approved on Monday night by the Coldwater City Council. Spaulding DeDecker of Grand Rapids was awarded the contract after their bid of $40,560 was about $6,000 less than a bid submitted by Fishbeck Engineering of Lansing.
