Downtown Docfest coming to an end after 14 years

A filmmaking extravaganza in downtown Belleville will be shutting down after nearly a decade-and-a-half. A post from Downtown DocFest announced the annual film festival, which was moving from its usual springtime period to November, will not be happening and will be discontinued.
