The Ithaca Festival is the unofficial kickoff to summer in Ithaca, and Thursday evening’s Ithaca Festival Parade kicks off the whole weekend. The parade heads south on Cayuga Street from Fall Creek to the Ithaca Commons starting at 6pm.
