A Dover man has been arrested on felony drug charges. Members of the Kent County Governor's Task Force went to Artis Drive in Dover Monday to locate 42 year old Christopher Naylor, who had a warrant for failure to appear in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas. DOVER, Del. – Delaware State Police arrested a Dover man on felony drug charges on Monday afternoon. Police arrested 42-year-old Christopher Naylor on charges of possessing a tier two controlled substance, possessing a tier two controlled substance with intent to deliver, and possessing drug paraphernalia.
