DOVER, Del. – A Dover man has been sentenced to more than two decades in prison for a variety of drug-related offenses.  On May 26, 51-year-old Tyleer Mills was sentenced to 22 years in prison by a Superior Court judge. A Dover man has been sentenced to 22 years in prison for a variety of drug-related offenses.
