- Pushilin stated all 11 wounded survivors are receiving necessary medical care. Russian officials reported intercepting 354 Ukrainian drones overnight into Wednesday across Belgorod, Kursk, areas near Moscow, and the Sea of Azov.
- Petersburg will host the annual International Economic Forum beginning Wednesday, designed to showcase Russia to international delegations. Organisers confirmed that representatives from more than 130 countries and territories will attend, including Chinese Vice-President Han Zheng and the presidents of Uzbekistan and Tanzania.
