According to ADR, in the 2023-24 fiscal year, 14 RUPPs reported donations of more than ₹20,000, totaling ₹682.28 crore. More than 99% of these amounts were declared by the Aam Janmat Party and the Prabal Bharat Party. Nine parties did not report any donations above ₹20,000.

The six registered unrecognised political parties, four of which are based in the Naroda area of Ahmedabad, fielded a total of 15 candidates during the 2024 general elections, despite collecting Rs 1,700 crore.
Even the five national parties, including the Congress, don't have this amount of crores.
