Four Dogs, Ten Cats Flown to Pa. After Flooding in Texas
PENNSYLVANIA AND NEW JERSEY, JUL 12 – Shelters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey received over 30 dogs and cats evacuated from Texas flood zones to ease overcrowding and ensure animal safety, officials said.
