The Supreme Medical Chamber has announced a response after President Karol Nawrocki signed a bill today that will allow the collection of data on physicians' salaries. As an RMF FM reporter has learned, the medical association will ask the Office for Personal Data Protection to ensure the best possible protection of this data. Other interventions regarding personal data protection are also possible.
Karol Nawrocki made a number of decisions on Friday regarding legislation passed by Parliament. The president signed legislation on Swiss francs, senior care, patostreaming, and healthcare, among other things. At the same time, he vetoed legislation on the status of the closest person in a relationship and cohabitation agreements.
President Karol Nawrocki signed a law enabling the collection of data on the remuneration of, among others, doctors in connection with the PESEL number.
