Physical game sales on PS5 are seemingly going the way of the Dodo, as Sony releases some staggering statistics in its corporate report.
According to Sony's new financial report (via Kotaku), the sale of physical video games for Sony continues to decline. Although sales of PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 games in the past financial year, which ended in March 2025, still amounted to almost one billion US dollars.
