Since September 1, two ingredients present in semi-permanent enamels are prohibited in the European Union: TPO (trimethylbenzoyldiphenylphosphine oxide) element used in cosmetics to harden resins and enamels with ultraviolet light and DMPT dimethyltolylamine.
