DJI Launches Beginner-Friendly Camera Drone Series with Lito X1 and Lito 1

The entry-level drones add 48MP imaging, 4K video at up to 100fps and obstacle sensing for first-time aerial creators.

  • On Thursday, DJI officially launched the Lito 1 and Lito X1 entry-level drones, both weighing less than 249 grams to exempt them from registration requirements in many countries.
  • Designed for aspiring creators, the Lito Series simplifies aerial photography with intuitive filming tools while offering up to 36 minutes of flight time and omnidirectional obstacle sensing.
  • The premium Lito X1 features a 1/1.3" CMOS sensor and forward-facing LiDAR for enhanced precision in complex environments, while the Lito 1 includes a 1/2" CMOS sensor with 48MP effective pixels.
  • Available starting today, the Lito 1 retails for €299, while the Lito X1 starts at €319, with Fly More bundles including additional batteries and alternate controllers.
  • DJI Care Refresh protection plans are available for the series, covering accidental damage including collisions and water damage, with up to four replacements over a 2-year period.
