(KRON) -- A combination of "unsafe speed, following too closely and driver distraction" led to a Friday morning crash on westbound Highway 80 in Fairfield, according to the California Highway Patrol area office. CHP said the injury crash occurred just after 6 a.m. and heavily impacted traffic.
