On Monday, January 5th, the first day back to school, the 491 students of Champollion middle school in Dijon returned to class after the arson attack that occurred during the night of December 12th to 13th, causing extensive damage to the school. Representatives from the prefecture, the regional and departmental councils, and the regional education authority visited the school to meet with students and staff.
