A few weeks ago, a motorcyclist from Dijon received a parking ticket for parking his motorcycle on Rue Vannerie in a paid car parking space. After filing an appeal, his parking fine was cancelled by Divia, which acknowledged "an error." Motorized two-wheelers are indeed allowed to park for free in Dijon's surface parking areas, including in spaces designated for motor vehicles.
