US Edition'Dexter: Resurrection' Adds Bokeem Woodbine, Nona Parker Johnson
The sophomore season adds two regulars as producers expand the story with new killers and a new love interest for Harrison.
- Dexter: Resurrection Season 2 added Bokeem Woodbine and Nona Parker Johnson as series regulars for the Paramount+ Premium series, expanding the cast for the upcoming sophomore season.
- Woodbine will portray Capt. Mixon, a homicide captain described as a "bulldog," while Johnson plays Fiona Mixon, a training officer in the Homicide unit who becomes a new love interest for Harrison .
- Woodbine, an Emmy nominee for Fargo, has appeared in "Halo" and "Wu-Tang: An American Saga." Johnson recently starred in "Mayor of Kingstown" at Paramount+, "Fear the Walking Dead" for AMC, and "Law & Order: Organized Crime" at NBC.
- Season 2 also features Brian Cox as the New York Ripper, Don Framt, and Dan Stevens as the Five Boroughs Killer, while Uma Thurman returns as Charley.
- Series star Michael C. Hall is executive producing and working to revive the iconic original show intro for Season 2. Paramount Television Studios and Counterpart Studios produce the sophomore season.

Production is underway on Dexter: Resurrection season 2, and Variety has just broken the news that Bookem Woodbine (Fargo) and Nona Parker Johnson (Mayor of Kingstown) have joined the cast!
